Appalling customer service and lack of communication. Also I was unhappy with the cost of the final invoice as it seems that the amount of hours charged for the work done on my car does not reflect the timespan that my vehicle was there.

On booking the car in, I was told the service would take 1-1 and a half hours. When I actually booked it in he receptionist said it would be between 2-2 and a half hours. After 3 hours, I did not even receive a call to tell me it was ready to collect

I had to wait quite a while at the BMW service desk before being sent over to the Mini showroom. Wasted quite a bit of time. Service was fine. The replacement of 'recall plate' fine. Wash and clean great and good communication about pick up.

I think the work they did on the car was up to it's usual high standard. I thought though with Mini assistance Cooper Croydon had to contact me within 48 hours of receiving the car. I did not have that.

I have never been treated as badly as I have at Cooper BMW MINI Croydon. There is a lot of explanation into my dealings with the service centre that need to be written in greater detail, something I am doing with an email to Inchcape.

I was told the service would take around 90 minutes so opted to wait, however I ended up waiting for over 3 and a half hours for my car service.

The service and MOT were both done as requested. The oil control valve was replaced as well at the same time as a leak was noticed during the health check. However, the brake and disc was damaged during the replacement and wasn't noticed.

When I arrived there were other customers but only one member of staff. Had to wait 20 minutes and when picking the vehicle up again later on in the afternoon again only one member of staff and waited 15 minutes.

Very poor, staff couldn't tell me where the car had been parked after its service, it hadn't been washed or vacuumed, the automatic lights were left switched off, the oil and tyre pressures hadn't been checked, and a tyre puncture was missed

As above . I was told when i did eventually get through to someone regarding mg car that I would be sent a video via email detailing the Visual health check and work required. This didn't happen.

One of the tires did have a problem and I was not made aware in person . They send me some strange mini movies. Very weird. I found out about the tire only few days later. What a waste of time .

See above comments . Whilst I was satisfied with the reason I had taken the car in I was not happy that the warnings had not been rectified as asked. This has not left me with much confidence in bringing my car there in future.

When mini made an error with the timings of my service, having shouted at me for being “late”, a solution was offered only after I asked the employee what solution was going to be offered rather than continue to be shouted at!
