The team at Cooper Croydon were polite, but for the same reason as above, I am not happy.
Excellent service in buying and very speedy
Everything was good, the queuing system in the morning was a bit chaotic. The video of my service was excellent.
I arrived and was informed of the timeline for the service which was adhered to.
Quick and easy to use apart from your service area was very slow not enough people working

short of staff for the check-in so had to leave keys in an envelope rang twice and texted twice for an update of completion. I had no reply form the team. I finally rang at 6.40 pm and the job still hadn't been complete

Hussain the sales guy at Croydon was great. Big asset to the sales team there.
Service not carried out, was told I didn't need one but the service icon still comes on and the dash states 'increased battery discharge' since I got it back from the MOT
Thought the outcomes of terminating my previous finance contract could have been better explained and explored. I eventually worked out myself that I could finance the deal in an alternative way more beneficially to me. The option was not suggested
Service was fine but there was a 45 minute wait to hand over the keys and book the car in. An automated system would help speed this up.

I was kept up to date by the advisor (Jordan) and contact with the branch was easy and flawless
Not very informative. Preferred to text message me rather than calling me. Shocked to be told that all the dealerships are not linked. As my car was being looked on warranty they made it out like they was doing me a favour
Same as above:While I was disappointed having the issues with my car in the first place I felt that the customer service representative saved the day by her handling of the issues, and the quality of the workmanship. So that's why I gave 5 stars
1. On both visits landed up in the wrong reception area - this should be made clearer it saves time. 2. My car is still saying tyre pressure should be checked after spending over £700 I feel your team should've done this
The lady at Cooper Croydon went out of her way to fix the issue as promptly as possible given the issues that I had at Sytner Sunningdale.
My car was in for an MOT, but also showing "service" briefly on startup. I mentioned this when I booked, was told they key would be checked @ the garage. At the garage, my car was booked in for a service, meant a 3 hr wait, not 1 1/2. I wasn't warned

Took two visits to fix the problem! First visit they couldn't fix it but changed the windscreen wipers saying they were smearing, car only 8 months old still smeared with new ones? After second visit they commented that the rear wipers were smearing?
we were told on the phone we'd have a courtesy car whilst ours was being fixed . When dropping off the car to cooper croydon, they had no knowledge that the car had been booked in and no courtesy car was offered .
Booking service was a nightmare. I had to call on day to make sure was going ahead as had no reminders or contact. From there I had very little input or interaction.
