Car was not fixed, I was not told, I had to collect my car (it was only a tyre change) and take it to a private mechanic to have the tyre changed.

Largely due to the delay in fitting the new tyre, which caused me some inconvenience. However, I was happy with the standard of the actual service.

You couldn't rely on any thing that customer service told you. They dont have any expertise. It only went in for a slow puncture. The tyre indicated on the computer as having the slow puncture!

For the above reason. I have since emailed to explain awful service and dissatisfaction and not even had a response. Mini was also meant to quote to touch up wheels, and they never called or explained anything about what was going on.

I booked a courtesy car well in advance but one working day before the service date I was told that there wasn't one available. I needed a car for work. Also, the communication regarding progress of the work was less than satisfactory.

Having called the AA who told me that the pre cat sensor was faulty/ needed to be replaced. I told the garage when I booked In the car but they did not order the part. They did not assess my car at all first day. 2nd day they assessed THEN ordered it

They didn't check roof as I asked it needed a screw putting in the convertible roof. Warning switch still on when I got the car back for bulb out didn't run through invoice just handed it to me and asked me to pay.

time taken to do the service, i had an afternoon flight to catch, which made me pushed for time. there wasn't time for the car to be cleaned.

it took my 20 mins to try to find a spare car parking slot at Croydon Mini. There was no instruction and the staff was not helpful at all. Then I had to queue up for almost another 30 mins to be served at the Service counter.

I was completely satisfied with the work that was carried out, but I also booked in for a rattle to be investigated on the sunroof. It wasnt until I dropped the car off that I was told the car was needed for 48hrs and there was a diagnostics charge

Car went in for MOT had to order a fan belt so told the next day,eventually had a phone call at7-30 after being told that I couldn't be put through to service dept, to say not ready but ready for 9-30 next day,then took ages to get car back .

Following on, I ended up heading down to collect my car without knowing if it was ready, endured another 25 minute wait just to be seen to collect my car. Once collected, I noticed on my way home that my refuse permit had been removed for the car.

Too much waiting around. I waited 45 minutes to collect my car even when they called me to say it was ready. Service - nothing special. I'm still getting notifications in the car that the tyres need air. Did they not check it?

delays on pick up time car was only registered on the day of pickup so it was difficult to arrange insurance. Other dealerships offer free 12 day insurance to avoid this problem with new cars so this might be a way to avoid the issue

Not at all. No parts the first time I had to go back which affected two weekends. The first weekend when I had to collect the car I collected the keys, no apology. In fact I wasn't spoken to at all. I had to phone later that to rebook myself.

Incredibly rude, unorganised and unhelpful staff. After spending £20000 with you I'd expect more. I've only ever driven minis but the service ive recieved has definately made me think again about buying from a dealership

Took half an hour to check car in. The silly idea of having to swap between BMW and MINI service centres depending on whether it is a while-you-wait just adds to the delay.
